About the Service I completely understand your concern about the service transition. After Anna left, it took us some time to find the right person to take over her accounts. Things have been incredibly busy on my side — managing production, handling multiple product lines, and continuing to support our clients — all while going through the hiring process. The good news is: I finally found someone I trust to take over your account. She will officially start this Saturday.
